A DOT consortium is a federally required program that pools covered drivers into a shared testing group to ensure compliance with random drug and alcohol testing requirements set by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

If you are:

• An owner-operator
• A single-driver company
• A small fleet

You must be enrolled in a consortium to remain compliant. This is Per DOT Guidelines! Let me help you stay compliant 

DOT regulations require that all safety-sensitive drivers be:

• Enrolled in a random testing pool
• Subject to unannounced random selections
• Managed by a designated Consortium/TPA

Failure to enroll or maintain active status may result in:

• Out-of-service orders
• Fines and penalties
• Audit failures
• Delays in operating authority

Having ClearHive Labs listed as your Consortium/TPA ensures your compliance documentation is ready at all times.

As your Consortium & Third-Party Administrator, ClearHive Labs will:

• Enroll you into a DOT-compliant random testing pool
• Conduct random drug and alcohol selections
• Notify you when testing is required
• Coordinate testing logistics
• Maintain required consortium records
• Provide proof of enrollment documentation
• Assist with audit and compliance verification
• Serve as your designated TPA on file

This service is billed annually and must remain active to maintain compliance.

Please note:

• The annual consortium fee does not include the cost of individual drug or alcohol tests
• Testing is billed separately at the time services are rendered

This allows flexibility and transparent pricing based on your actual testing needs.
